Following on from Part 1 (published on the 4th November) find more quick solutions to help improve your chances of finding love.

  1. Plan of attack

Call up the girls and get them around for a strategy session.

You lay on the food and the wine.

They come up with strategies for you to try.

Unless they are absolutely ridiculous you must give everything a go.

  1. Ask friends and colleagues if they can set you up

An oldie but a goodie!

Go back to the basics and ask friends / colleagues if they know anyone they can set you up with.

What’s there to lose?

  1. Try new things

Not only is trying new things good for the soul, but they may present new opportunities that you would not have come across otherwise.

So, try to do a new thing as often as you can: activity, visit a new place, walk a new route to work etc. etc. etc.

  1. Say yes!

Saying yes instead of your normal no can be the difference between staying single and meeting a partner.

Give someone a try.

What’s the worst that can happen?

Also, the more you say yes, the more dating experience you get, making you perfect for when you meet The One.

  1. Singles events

If you are serious about finding a partner, then try some single events.

Take a long a friend if you find the prospect too daunting.

There are thousands of options, for example try thedinnerclub.co.uk

  1. Volunteer, get a hobby or take a class

My recommendations are:

Increase your exposure to new people by:

  • Volunteer – local animal shelter, charity or political party.
  • Joining a sports club – running, walking, cycling, tennis, squash
  • Join a gym
  • Try a photography, book club, theatre or cinema club.
  • Go to cooking, art or dance class.

  1. Set your intentions to the universe

Write a letter to universe setting out the list of qualities you want in your new partner. Write it as if you have already met them.

The law of attraction dictates, that if you put out an order to the universe it will align itself to deliver it to you.

Don’t believe? Try it anyway.

  1. Be happy

Whilst single, use it as an opportunity to find yourself and do all the things that make you happy. Spend time with uplifting people and do the things that make you laugh.

Make a conscious effort to have as much fun as you can and indulge in all the things you love.

The happier you are, the more happiness you will attract.

  1. Rejection happens

It’s important to accept that there will be rejections.

You won’t be everyone’s cup of tea and they won’t be yours.

If you are rejected, accept with grace, don’t try to understand why.

Just move on.

  1. Consult a dating expert

If you can afford it, I really recommend consulting a dating expert to help you.

There are lots out there for example http://passionsmiths.com/

I believe they will save you lots of time and effort so are well worth the investment!

Good luck!
