Jess Baker is Chartered Psychologist and Women’s Leadership Coach. She has worked with senior leaders across a range of industries for over ten years. She specialises in helping women to feel more confident in their personal space to enhance their relationship with themselves and others. Drawing on psychology, mindful self-compassion and her training in the performing arts, Jess speaks, writes, and runs interactive workshops on the theme of shifting your perspective to help you empower yourself (even when you feel a it pants). She’s quoted in Boots Health & Beauty magazine, enjoys walking in the Shropshire Hills, and is planning to run retreats in Bali.
