Bio of Sophie
Sophie is the cofounder of The Luna Hive and an infant sleep coach. Sophie has always been interested in wellbeing, studying psychology at the University of Reading and then going on to work for British Airways and bringing it in to her role through managing people and working with customers. Once she had her daughter Eliza, she set up the 1st online mum and baby wellness membership, Mama Buba Bump. Sophie was so passionate about the holistic care of women that she trained as a sleep consultant to support tired families who wanted gentle solutions to getting more sleep. When she met her business partner, Dr Jo Gee, together they used their experience and passion to set up the first women-focused health and wellbeing directory. The Luna Hive offers women access to trusted information, support and treatments by verified experts, whether that is through the extensive blogs library, an online course or a 121 appointment.
