With a BSc in Sport Science and Sport Rehabilitation Nicole has specialised in posture and is a Health Transformation Coach who, for the last two decades, has been educating her clients on the fundamental principles of their postural, nutritional and psychological wellbeing so that they can become pain free and revolutionise their health.
It has been a privilege for her to help over 10,000 clients worldwide, including celebrities and elite professional athletes and she is regarded as the UK’s leading Postural Specialist.
Working with Nicole clients are put firmly back at the centre of their health and learn practical skills that they can use for the rest of their lives.
Having competed to national level in athletics she understands how to provide the support to enable your body to perform to the highest level of its potential.
She is also the UK Instructor for The Egoscue Method of Postural Realignment and runs certification seminars for health care professionals to become Postural Alignment Specialists
