In today’s podcast, Part 2, I build on my blog post of the same name and explain the reality of having a new born baby. As in what actually happens in the first few days and weeks following the birth. I’ve done this, with a view to helping you if you’re in this stage and despairing NOT to be negative. I found the first few days particularly a shock to my system and in the weeks that followed I also struggled with my emotions and a the complete change in lifestyle that a baby brings with it.

If I had only know then what I know now, then I think I would have relaxed a little more.

So to repeat this is a podcast that is meant to help you navigate the first few days and weeks and to know that whatever your feeling – is probably normal and to reassure you that life does return back to normal!
