How you start your day can be the “make or break” of a day.

Here are my 5 tips to ensure it’s a fabulous one:

  1. Get Up Earlier

Set a goal to wake up one hour earlier.

Starting with baby steps, wake up 10 minutes earlier for two weeks. Then 10 minutes earlier the next two weeks etc.

If you’re not an early riser this can seem a painful process at first, but preserve and it will become second nature to you after 90 days.

What’s the benefit?

You can get sh*t done!

Use this extra hour wisely.

  1. Hydrate

The human body is a miraculous being.

It’s designed to go without hydration whilst sleeping, however one of the most beneficial things you can do after waking up, is to drink a pint of room temperature water with a squeeze of lemon.

This instantly hydrates your body, provides an energy boost and will aid your digestion for the rest of your day.

  1. Exercise

Exercising first thing in the morning provides so many benefits.

  • Energises you
  • Puts you in an amazing mood
  • Gets the exercise “out of the way”
  • Promotes better sleep
  • Burns more calories

Discipline yourself for 90 days and exercising first thing will become second nature.

There is no better feeling than waking up, doing exercise and carrying that amazing feeling through to the rest of your day.

  1. Meditate & Gratitude Practice

A meditation and gratitude practice in as little as 10 minutes in the morning will have positive ripple effects throughout your day.

Both provide energy, mental clarity, calmness and an amazing feel good factor.

Just sitting in total peace & quiet will have positive benefits for you, add in a meditation and gratitude practice and your day will seem positively positive!

  1. Most Important Task

Want to know one of the secrets as to how the most successful people get ahead?

They have laser focus on the most important “project or task” that has to be done and don’t get distracted until that task is done.

First thing when you get into the office or after dropping the kids at school, focus on that one task that needs to be done and do it until it’s done.

Adopt this method and I promise a massive return.

I hope this helped you.
